Red Project Management is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee procurement projects, vendor coordination, and operational workflows across multiple client initiatives. This role begins on a contract basis with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable coordinating vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement and purchasing projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and clients
  • Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and procurement activities
  • Source products, services, and digital assets when required
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within deadlines
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and project documentation
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
  • Resolve operational or vendor-related issues proactively
  • Assist with negotiating pricing and vendor agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and processes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project management, operations, procurement, or vendor coordination preferred
