Location: Longview, TX

East Texas Refrigeration (ETR) has proudly served Longview since 2016, with roots in Tyler dating back to 1980. We provide reliable HVAC and refrigeration services to commercial clients including restaurants, banks, fitness centers, and retail facilities.


We’re growing and looking for a hands-on Commercial HVAC Project Manager / Field Supervisor / Lead Installer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installations (new construction & retrofits)
  • Coordinate with project managers and general contractors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
  • Track materials, labor, and job progress
  • Travel to job sites across Texas (minimal overnight work)
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer
  • Strong knowledge of ductwork and commercial HVAC systems
  • Pipefitting and brazing experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
  • EPA certification preferred (not required)
  • VRF experience is a plus
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
