Key Responsibilities- Oversee full project lifecycle for commercial roofing jobs, from pre-construction through close-out
- Create, manage, and update project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and resolve field issues
- Document job progress and changes; maintain accurate project files
- Lead problem-solving efforts in dynamic field conditions
- Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in construction; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with roofing systems, terminology, and construction sequencing
- Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel to jobsites as needed
