Project Manager โ€“ Industrial Construction

Location: Louisville, Kentucky


We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a growing team delivering large-scale industrial construction projects valued between $100M and $300M. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to take the next step in their career while gaining exposure to complex industrial projects and working alongside an experienced leadership team.


The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of construction experience, preferably within industrial construction, and a desire to grow within a company that has aggressive expansion plans and a strong project pipeline.


What You'll Do

โ€ข Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall project execution from preconstruction through closeout

โ€ข Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery

โ€ข Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

โ€ข Assist with procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration

โ€ข Track project costs and support financial reporting and forecasting efforts

โ€ข Work closely with Superintendents to maintain project schedules and productivity goals

โ€ข Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction

โ€ข Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

โ€ข Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

โ€ข Support multiple phases of large-scale industrial construction projects


What We're Looking For
