• Oversee full project lifecycle for commercial roofing jobs, from pre-construction through close-out
• Create, manage, and update project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and resolve field issues
• Document job progress and changes; maintain accurate project files
• Lead problem-solving efforts in dynamic field conditions
• Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

• 5+ years of experience in construction; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with roofing systems, terminology, and construction sequencing
• Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to jobsites as needed

• Full-Time – Monday to Friday
