Our team manages Walmart’s global sourcing for Store Fixtures, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract analysis to support business goals. Collaborating across functions, the team identifies cost-saving opportunities, monitors supplier performance, and ensures compliance with company standards. Members apply data-driven insights and problem-solving skills to enhance procurement processes. The group values clear communication, integrity, and continuous improvement to deliver effective solutions that drive operational excellence and support Walmart’s commitment to responsible and efficient supply chain management.
