Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Compliance Project Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Serves as the Project Manager for large, complex projects or related initiatives supporting common, standard, or migration systems. Coordinates with Government Contracting Officers (KOs), project leads, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives to ensure successful execution of project objectives. Provides overall management and oversight of contractor support activities, including planning, staffing, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and quality control to meet contractual, schedule, and mission requirements. Manages day-to-day operations, resolves issues, and promotes collaboration across project teams and stakeholders. Applies industry best practices and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies to drive operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and ensure successful project execution.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
  • Knowledge of federal program management principles, processes, and best practices for executing complex IT, data management, and telecommunications initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Government Contracting Officers (KOs), project leads, government stakeholders, and customer agency representatives.
  • Skill in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling project activities to meet contractual, schedule, performance, and mission requirements.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day project operations, including resource coordination, risk management, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies and industry best practices for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to effectively manage teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful project execution.

Physical Requirements
  • Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of public transportation, personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations.
