Job description

Operations Associate

AutoRoboto is a consulting firm that specializes in engineering and management that has provided services for some of the largest tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. These services include mechanical, electrical, software design, data collection quality assurance, and testing of new hardware and software. We pride ourselves on being a small company able to be extremely flexible to customers ever changing demands.

As an Operations Associate, you will manage data collection that guides engineering research and improves core imaging technologies. You will guide members of the company through various tests using proprietary software, ensuring not only a positive experience for study subjects, but also that high quality data flows through the system.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to improvements in projects by identifying any issues, proposing creative solutions and working on continuous improvement of protocol and process.
  • Deliver high quality work under tight deadlines handling ambiguity.
  • Communicate with team members and external stakeholders to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of processes.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree a plus.
  • Experience with customer or client relations.
  • Outgoing and comfortable interacting with company employees.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment and experience with Android OS.
  • Customer service, sales experience, etc. a plus. Comfort interacting with new people/the public is required.
