How will you contribute to the team. To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and document control activities.

Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and progress reports. Monitor project schedules, track deliverables, and help identify and resolve project issues. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, TTC representatives, and internal project teams.

Assist with contract administration, cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Support procurement activities, material tracking, and subcontractor coordination. Participate in project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and action items.

Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality standards. Provide field coordination and site supervision support during peak construction activities, shift coverage, or project-critical operations. Coordinate daily work activities between subcontractors, trades, and project stakeholders.

Assist with inspections, deficiency tracking, testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities. Promote and uphold project safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Education and Experience: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or field supervision roles. Experience on major infrastructure, transit, transportation, heavy civil, or building projects is preferred. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project controls, and site operations.

Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments. Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management platforms.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Salary Range: Between $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. Think you're the right fit.
