Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned commercial plumbing projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple commercial plumbing projects simultaneously
  • Monitor job progress and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and project scope to determine costs
  • Develop and manage project budgets; track labor, material, and equipment costs
  • Negotiate material pricing with vendors and subcontractors
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Attend customer meetings and act as primary project liaison
  • Conduct regular job site visits and inspections
  • Coordinate and lead pre- and post-job meetings
  • Ensure all permits, bonds, and certificates of insurance are obtained
  • Manage and document change orders; obtain client approval prior to execution
  • Schedule inspections and ensure compliance with all requirements
  • Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
