Job description

MIH company is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team. Our commercial service division continues to expand throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC installation, start-up, and service projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or transition a career in project management within the mechanical/HVAC industry. The Project Manager will work closely with senior managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and managing HVAC projects from initiation to completion
  • Creation of standardized processes and closeout documents
  • Coordinate scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful execution
  • Communicate project updates with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage project data, workflows, client information, and reporting
  • Review project documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
  • Support procurement of materials and equipment
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
