Job Title: Project Coordinator I

Position Overview:
One of our clients is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator I to support engineering programs by coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and assisting Program Managers with the successful execution of customer and internal projects.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across departments to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliverables are completed accurately. The Project Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination between engineering, operations, materials management, finance, configuration management, and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications:
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline or three (3) years of experience in project coordination within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing projects.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Product Change Notices (PCNs), Bills of Material (BOMs), and product documentation.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and productivity tools.
