Job Title: Special Projects Internย ย

Salary Range: $24 - $29/hourย 

The Special Projects Intern will support project teams in various aspects of construction project management, from document handling to subcontractor coordination. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities / Essential Functionsย 
  • Assist in document setup and management.ย 
  • Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes.ย 
  • Process bid lists and collect subcontractor pricing and scope summaries.ย 
  • Organize and attend subcontractor descope meetings.ย 
  • Create subcontractor leveling and scope sheets.ย 
  • Support permitting processes with local cities and towns.ย 
  • Assist with owner and subcontractor change orders.ย 
  • Prepare closeout binders, including O&M manuals and warranties.ย 
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools efficiently.ย 
  • Maintain a general understanding of construction industry practices.
