The R&D Program Coordinator will support the Vice President of Research & Development and help coordinate strategic initiatives, leadership priorities, and day-to-day operations across the R&D organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys keeping projects moving, supporting leaders, and improving team coordination.

Highlights of your role
  • Coordinate R&D programs, projects, timelines, milestones, and action items.
  • Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, materials, presentations, notes, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist with departmental planning, budgeting, reporting, purchasing, and resource coordination.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional communication and project updates.
  • Support department operations, onboarding activities, organizational resources, events, and process improvements.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
