Job description

We are seeking a Roofing & Siding Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of material related to projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and order material for current and  upcoming projects
  • Direct and lead the work of crew members
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation 
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
  • Follow and make sure OSHA guidelines and regulations are being met

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in roofing and siding project management is preferred 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities

Company Description

WIW Roofing is a small woman owned roofing, siding and gutter company located in Bellbrook, Ohio. Do you like rock climbing? Do you like overlooking beautiful cities? Do you not have a fear of heights? If so this position is for YOU! Our team works together supporting each others growth and cheering each other on daily. Our office is filled with lots of fun and laughter. Our team does quarterly outings outside of work hours where we make sure to let loose and laugh. We also enjoy going racing as a team with our race car and all work together in the pits. We look forward to hearing from YOU!
