Job description

Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The Project Manager leads estimating and bidding efforts, manages project schedules and budgets, and partners closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure successful execution in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project estimating efforts, including preparing accurate bids and written proposals.
  • Define and develop detailed project scopes.
  • Solicit, qualify, and evaluate subcontractor bids.
  • Procure materials and negotiate subcontract agreements.
  • Prepare and manage project submittals as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with labor and resource needs.
  • Monitor project costs, review invoices, and ensure adherence to budget.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the Project Superintendent to review progress, challenges, and priorities.
  • Perform site visits as needed to support quality control and safety compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and standardize internal processes.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Support business development efforts by building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach activities as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
