A respected and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of public works, K-12 education, higher education, civic, municipal, and commercial construction projects throughout Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Experience managing public works, educational, municipal, civic, healthcare, or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
