Position Title: Project Manager
A Project Manager is sought to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines. This role requires expertise in both estimating and bidding, with a focus on industrial or commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, which may range in size and complexity. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential, as collaboration with subcontractors and clients is a key aspect of the position. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of leading teams while maintaining high standards of project delivery.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of project management from A-Z
  • Manage project budgets and estimates
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Establish and maintain customer relations
  • Conduct site visits for project assessments
  • Ensure timely completion of projects

Project Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager with commercial or industrial experience, including estimating and bidding
