Job Summary:

The Project Manager (Civil-Site with the emphasis on land development) is responsible for overseeing the delivery of engineering projects by managing scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The Project Manager leads the project from conception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and successful project delivery.

Primary Essential Functions:

  • Lead engineering projects from initial concept development through construction completion, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring that all project activities are aligned with client and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of civil or mechanical systems into the overall project design.
  • Oversee the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify risks, and develop strategies to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with technical requirements.
  • Manage project financials, tracking expenses, approving invoices, and ensuring that the project remains profitable.

Physical Requirements:
