This role will be a part of the Portfolio & Delivery Management Team and will report to aSr. Managerthat supports a specificprogram withinour comprehensive portfolio. TheDigitalDelivery Managerwillbe responsible forexecution ofdigitalcontent projects designed todeliverSEOvalueandincrease customerengagement, functioningas a liaison between Marketing Strategy, Internal Creative Agency,Media,EnterpriseDigitalandContentAuthorteams.

This role operates in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week onsite at a nearby CVS Health office. The team is primarily based in Woonsocket, RI, with additional team members in Wellesley, MA, Hartford, CT, and New York, NY.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing Strategy and Delivery Management leaders to understand yearly goals and business objectives.

  • Intake and review project requestsandbriefs for accuracy and completeness, define appropriate tasks, identify cross functionalresourcesand construct timelinesto support successful creative development.

  • Coordinate and managethe process of creative deliverablesacrossvariousworkflows from marketing strategy development throughgo-liveto ensure on-time completionandin-market delivery.

  • Act asprimarypoint of contact for all project related communications.

  • Well versed in the management ofdigital projectswith astrong knowledge of SEOanddigital content.

  • Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring that all creative output is aligned to strategy and meets brand and SEO standards.

  • Responsible for accurately updating project status in the MRM tool (Workfront), ensuringoptimaldata hygiene that supports operational insights for prioritization,timelydeliveryand reporting.

  • Anticipate,identifyandmonitorrisks to project deliveryand support mitigation plans.

  • Adhere to process and documentation standards to ensure projects arecompliantand completedon time.

  • Share project updates,milestonesand roadblocks regularly to promote collaboration and transparencywith workingteamand stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experiencein the digital/ contentspace.

  • 2+ years of experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations - understands marketingworkflowand skillsets.

  • Ability tomaintaincalmandmulti-taska variety of initiativesandprojects in a fast-paced, ever-changingenvironment.

  • Ability to flex and navigate effectively throughambiguity,promotingoptions to enablequick decisions.

  • Experienceplanning and managingcreative executionofdigital assetsand website developmentprocesses.

  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies(Workfrontpreferred, or similar).

  • Strong organizational, analytical,communicationand operational skills.

  • Familiarity with Copilot, Chat GPT or similar individual contributor AI tools.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
