We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building and Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects throughout the Philadelphia region. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project performance from preconstruction through closeout. Description Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Lead project planning meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance. Track project costs and ensure financial objectives are achieved. Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors. Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures. Provide regular project updates and progress reports to leadership and clients. Profile A successful Building and Construction Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of project management experience within the construction industry. Experience managing commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or industrial projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
