Job description

Rinvio is hiring an Electrical Project Manager with a journeyman-level electrical background for commercial electrical project work in the Martinsburg, West Virginia area.


Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience

Location: Martinsburg, WV

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate commercial electrical work with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, and site stakeholders

- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, one-lines, change information, and project documentation

- Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, and daily/weekly field priorities

- Track progress, identify field issues early, and communicate clearly with the appropriate project contacts

- Support quality control, code-compliant installation, safety expectations, and professional jobsite standards

- Assist with RFIs, punch lists, closeout items, and project follow-through as needed


Requirements:

- Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience

- Prior electrical project management, assistant project management, foreman, or superintendent-style experience preferred

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, schedules, one-lines, and project documents

- Strong communication, organization, field coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable supporting crews while also managing documentation, priorities, and project follow-through

- Knowledge of NEC standards, safe work practices, and quality installation expectations

- Reliable transportation to the Martinsburg/Winchester regional project area

- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
