Powerbase Energy is seeking a Local Project Manager to lead community-based home electrification and energy efficiency projects. This role combines project management, contractor coordination, and resident engagement to deliver upgradesโ€”such as heat pumps, induction stoves, and weatherizationโ€”that improve comfort, safety, and affordability for low- and moderate-income households.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, installation, and tracking of residential upgrade projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents from enrollment through completion
  • Organize outreach events and assist residents with program applications and documentation
  • Manage contractors and ensure timely, high-quality project execution
