Job description

Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee a variety of plant operations and equipment-related projects within a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a technical background, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead equipment installation, technology implementation, mechanization, and automation projects to improve production and workflow
* Develop project designs, budgets, layouts, schedules, and technical plans while coordinating vendors and suppliers
* Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects and facilities
* Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure projects meet operational needs and support plant performance
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 2-4+ years of experience in project management in a meat or food processing environment
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
* Strong knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
