Job description

The Project Manager, Merchandising is responsible for managing the internal processes and systems for the development, creation, and delivery of promotional displays. This role is responsible for following internal procedures, ensuring project deliverables are completed on-time, and coordinating/following up with cross-functional partners to ensure they complete assigned tasks. The role provides key support for the Merchandising team Business Leaders to deliver against merchandising goals.

Main Duties:

Being proficient at entering necessary project information into Hersheyโ€™s Accolade system

Consistently monitoring projects to ensure all key deliverables are assigned and moving forward

Coordinating and following up with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they provide key deliverables

Managing project timelines and financials against key milestones and targets

Typical Day:

Create/enter new projects into Accolade as needed

Check existing projects in Accolade to ensure tasks are on schedule

Follow-up with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure they are aware of and perform tasks related to projects

Coordinate information and documents (e.g. P&Ls, spec packets, etc.) for projects and prepare for Governance meetings to gain approval
