We have an immediate opening for the Restorations Project Manager position in the Calgary and surrounding area (including Red Deer and Edmonton). The position will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Generates profitable sales by serving and partnering with adjusters and by being helpful and professional, and service-oriented with policy holders
Assess loss-site damage of roofing, siding, gutters, doors and windows; building and uploading claims in Xactware; and proactively answering all adjuster and policy holder questions in a timely and professional manner.
Develop strong relationships and partnerships with the insurance adjusters in your territory so as to maximum the number of claims that are awarded to us.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Experience, Traits and Qualifications
Possess at least five yearsโ€™ relevant experience in exterior home renovation and restorations industry, have a strong understanding in assessing residential exterior installations (roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, building envelope)
A naturally customer-centric and sales-oriented team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a โ€œyes, can doโ€ attitude
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), able to communicate in an engaging, passionate and persuasive manner
Demonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our customers
Extraordinary organization, time management and multitasking skills, able to manage hundreds of insurance exterior restorations simultaneously and accurately and always respond to inquiries promptly
Possess a valid driver's license, willing to travel and work outside of primary market when required
Experience with insurance industry software (ie. Xactware,Eagleview) is preferred, knowledge in acceptable building standards is an asset
Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 salary depending on experience, plus commission
