The Project Manager will facilitate and oversee successful execution of projects involving service and/or construction. This role develops and maintains business relationships with field crews, viable customers, and team members wtihin the organization.
Requirements of the Project Manager
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering or related degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience with mechanical and plumbing projects and related codes
  • Experience managing projects from pre-construction to closeout
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Experience with Procore, ShareFile, BIM 360, Textura, etc.
  • Experience with Bluebeam

Responsibilities of the Project Manager
  • Assist with estimating and sales of new projects
  • Provide technical support for design & layout as well as detailing and change orders
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, purchasing and project timelines
