Position Requirements

Seeking a qualified Project Architect /Project Manager with 7 plus years’ experience of post-bachelor’s degree Architecture firm experience in single-family residential design, multifamily residential and commercial design who can handle a wide range of assignments in terms of project scope and size, and daily responsibilities that can vary greatly.

Responsibilities include;

· Keeping project team efforts organized

· Ensuring quality in project delivery

· Managing budgets, schedule, and fees

· Coordinating with consultants

· Employing and evolving the firm’s process and procedures

· Mentoring staff

· Maintaining a positive workflow and energetic team atmosphere

Qualified candidates will possess;

· A strong design sensibility and passion for creating innovative, functional and aesthetically compelling projects.

· A professional degree (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) and have 7 plus years of architectural design, production, and technical experience through all phases of project design, documentation, and construction administration.

· Minimum of 3 years of proven organizational and project management experience

· A qualified individual will be expected to manage multiple projects of varying sizes, while being a champion for thoughtful design and representing our client’s vision on every project.

· Possess superior leadership and communication skills and be highly organized

· Have exceptional technical knowledge of construction documents

· Maintain ownership and accountability for project and overall program success

· Be able to multi-task, problem solve, and react to changing priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Adobe Photoshop and should be clearly indicated on resumes for consideration.

This person should be highly collaborative by nature with the willingness to approach every project with creativity. They must have an innate desire to produce meaningful work through strong design skills. It is expected that they be technically strong enough to provide guidance to junior resources on the project team.
