At Payzant, we're looking for a Store Manager who is passionate about people, driven by results, and proud to serve their community.

In this hands-on role, you'll lead all aspects of store operations-from building and coaching a high-performing team to driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth, organized, and customer-ready environment
  • Maintain strong merchandising standards so products are easy to shop and project-ready
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and reflects the pride we take in serving our community
  • Follow and uphold Payzant policies, procedures, and operational best practices

  • Review sales and performance reports to identify opportunities and respond quickly

  • Recruit and develop team members who reflect our values of service, knowledge, and community
  • Create a positive, respectful, and team-first environment where everyone feels supported
  • Recognize and celebrate team successes while holding the team accountable to high standards

Health & Safety

  • Champion a safe and secure environment for customers and team members
  • Ensure all safety standards and procedures are clearly understood and followed
  • Address potential risks quickly and promote a culture of safety every day
  • Lead ongoing safety awareness and training within the store

Top Traits We're Looking For:

  • A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the floor
  • A people-first mindset with a passion for helping customers and supporting your team
  • A natural coach who can build, motivate, and develop a strong team
  • A results-driven thinker who takes ownership and delivers on goals
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety in their day
