Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for orchestrating complex relocations? UCSF Health is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the centralization of our Lab and Pharmacy operations. This role is based in the vibrant Bay Area, offering a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work onsite at our stateโ€‘ofโ€‘theโ€‘art facility in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Job Summary

As the Relocation Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our Central Laboratory relocation and activation project. This enterpriseโ€‘wide initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, automation, and service quality across the health system. You will manage crossโ€‘functional efforts involving laboratory operations, equipment integration, IT infrastructure, and Epic systems implementation.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of project management experience
  • Minimum 2 years in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with Epic Beaker and Willow build/implementation
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and problemโ€‘solving skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
