Key Responsibilities
Project Governance: Own and drive project success by leading reviews, managing issue disposition, and handling scope changes.
Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans in collaboration with sponsors to ensure objectives are met.
Status Reporting & Collaboration: Ensure project plans and other artifacts are current and provide regular status and progress reviews to the full project team including leadership.
Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors, including onboarding. Monitor contracts, purchase orders, and ensure accuracy of invoicing. Proactively ensure renewals are initiated on time.
Resource Allocation: Monitor resource allocation tracking and ensure accuracy of management reporting and project planning tools.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, ideal desirable qualifications are:
Program Management: 5+ years of experience implementing structured tools and processes for complex, cross-functional projects.
HR Systems Experience: Proven experience managing Workday or similar HRIS projects is highly desirable.
