What do project managers do at Microsoft?

How does a Project Manager specializing in Windows projects typically collaborate with technical and non-technical teams?

A Project Manager in Windows projects works closely with both technical teams (such as system administrators, developers, and IT support) and non-technical stakeholders (like clients, vendors, and management). They facilitate communication by translating technical requirements into business objectives and ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. Regular status meetings, clear documentation, and progress updates are essential to keeping all parties informed and engaged. This collaborative approach helps prevent miscommunications and ensures the project stays on track and meets quality standards.
