Job Summary:
Sebenza LLC is seeking a Project Manager to provide technical support for a government agency. The role involves overseeing multiple Information Technology Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and executing project management processes in line with PMI best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, monitoring, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals for multiple concurrent Information Technology Infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project management processes in accordance with our government client and PMI best practices.
• Perform cost account management or oversight for assigned project work.
• Accountable for the overall successful execution of assigned projects to include management of schedule, budget, risks, issues as well as internal and external communication, escalations and status reporting.
• Accountable for timely escalation of project issues to the Manager of the Project Management Office.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years project management experience
• 7+ years Information Technology Infrastructure project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Cost/Budget management experience
• Proficient Microsoft Project experience required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects required
• Project Managed a Windows Operating System Upgrade project for an enterprise.
