To thrive as a Project Manager Windows, you need strong project management skills, familiarity with software development lifecycles, and a background in IT or computer science, often supported by a relevant degree or certification like PMP. Proficiency with project management tools (such as Microsoft Project or Jira), and experience with Windows environments and deployment systems are typically required.
