Chargé(e) de Projet Junior


Le/la Chargé(e) de Projet Junior travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes multidisciplinaires et les clients afin d’assurer la réussite de la réalisation des projets et de soutenir les activités de vente. En établissant de solides relations, en coordonnant efficacement les activités et en veillant au respect des échéanciers, il ou elle contribuera à la satisfaction de la clientèle, à l’efficacité opérationnelle et au succès global des projets.
Principales responsabilités

  • Gérer les échéanciers des projets et veiller au respect des principales dates de livraison;
  • Coordonner le processus de révision et d’approbation des documents techniques soumis;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe d’ingénierie à la préparation et à la gestion de la documentation technique;
  • Examiner les plans et devis des projets et fournir un soutien technique aux clients et aux équipes de projet;
  • Coordonner les commandes de fabrication, les activités des fournisseurs et les calendriers de livraison;
  • Préparer des propositions techniques et commerciales, incluant l’établissement de la portée des travaux et des coûts;
  • Identifier, clarifier et résoudre les exigences et enjeux techniques avec les clients;
  • Accompagner les clients dans l’optimisation de leurs conceptions et l’élaboration de devis compatibles avec notre offre de produits;
  • Soutenir les équipes des ventes et de gestion de projets dans le traitement des commandes clients et l’obtention des approbations des dessins d’atelier;
  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits et de la concurrence, réaliser des analyses comparatives et promouvoir les produits au moyen de démonstrations et de présentations techniques.



Compétences et aptitudes requises

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou en génie électrique;
  • Expérience en ingénierie d’applications, en ventes et en gestion de projets;
  • Bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter des échéanciers serrés;
  • Forte aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des intervenants internes et externes.
