Your Role

ReSource Pro is seeking a Project Manager, Technology Services to lead multiple client-facing engagements, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation and related projects. This role develops comprehensive project and resource plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, mitigates risks, and maintains strong client relationships to achieve desired outcomes.

In this role, you will…
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Lead project teams from initiation through delivery, driving adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
  • Monitor project scope and risk, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving issues that could impact schedule, cost, or performance
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships from analyst to executive level
  • Provide clear, timely, and transparent status updates, managing expectations and addressing escalations to maintain client confidence
  • Foster a respectful, collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment
What You Need to be Successful…
  • Must reside, and be willing to work on-site at the MIS office
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • PMP certification preferred, but not required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementation or program/project management within IT/software delivery environments; P&C insurance experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
  • Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions (Insurity, Majesco, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
  • Technological proficiency – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
