This team delivers and supports the technology platforms that manage insurance claims at scale for Walmart, while also leading transformation initiatives focused on process optimization and AI-driven innovation. It’s a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, technology, and modernization—driving real impact across WCS.
This team works hand in hand with operational partners across Walmart Claims Services and the broader Walmart organization to streamline and modernize the claims management process. As a critical function within WCS, the team supports the core systems responsible for adjudicating claims—ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the claims lifecycle.   • Partner with operational stakeholders to continuously evolve and enhance existing technology systems.
