Project Manager $160,000 plus plus plus!!! We are a focused, energetic and innovative Mechanical Design Build HVAC company growing faster than we anticipated and having more fun than we ever thought possible.  We need a brilliant, client focused, energetic PROJECT MANAGER with top notch integrity and communication skills.  

We will count on your professionalism to prepare detailed project plans for all phases as you lead complex engineering construction projects across multiple business lines. Providing on-site leadership for project teams motivating and guiding members to meet their goals, responsibilities and milestones. You are someone who takes ownership of all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will oversee projects and manpower weekly and communicate details to management.

  • Review job cost reports weekly to ensure costs align with budgets, submit change orders.
  • Contribute to establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Procure sufficient resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.
  • Provide status reports covering project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Demonstrate functional expertise to support how solutions address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement, including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
  • Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to set priorities and manage competing demands while working independently.
