Job Summary

Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Canada) Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Professional Development Services (PDS) team. PDS delivers advanced engineering and technical solutions for global customers, including customized products, software development, user interfaces, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

As a Project Manager, you will plan, manage, and deliver projects from start to finish. You will work with customers (Partners, OEMs, and corporate clients) and internal teams including Control Systems, UX, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess new project requests with Team Leads
  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and project quotes
  • Communicate scope, schedule, and deliverables with customers and internal teams
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and scope changes
  • Coordinate custom hardware and interface development with internal and external teams
  • Track progress and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
  • Support internal process improvements, training, documentation, and occasional on-site support

Secondary Duties

You may also support other PDS activities as needed, including:

  • Group planning and process development
  • Training
  • On-site troubleshooting and support
  • Documentation

Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Project Management (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience in Building Automation or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HVAC control systems, networking, and building automation/IoT systems (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change)
City: Surrey
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Travel: Occasional travel to sites for up to 1 week at a time, several times per year
Salary: $95,000 $110,000 CAD
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
