Job description

Project Manager โ€“ Technology (Linear / Execution-Focused)About Us

We operate high-growth digital competitions and consumer platforms focused on audience engagement, content, and brand-building.

Our platform runs at scale โ€” with high traffic, real-time voting, and constant iteration.

We move fast, ship frequently, and rely on strong execution to keep everything running smoothly.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to support our engineering team and own execution across technical projects.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of work inside Linear, ensuring tickets are clear, prioritized, and moving forward.

This is for someone who can take a project from idea โ†’ ticket โ†’ execution โ†’ completion without things getting lost or delayed.

You donโ€™t need to be an engineer โ€” but you must be comfortable working closely with developers and keeping technical work on track.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Own Execution in Linear
Manage and maintain all active work inside Linear
Ensure tickets are clearly written, scoped, and actionable
Track progress and keep everything moving forward

Manage Tickets & Workflow
Prioritize tasks across multiple projects
Follow up consistently โ€” nothing gets stuck or forgotten
Keep statuses, assignments, and timelines accurate

Remove Blockers
Identify issues early and drive resolution
Coordinate with engineering and stakeholders to unblock work
Keep momentum across all active initiatives

Communicate Clearly
Provide concise, real-time updates to leadership
Ensure alignment between engineering and business priorities
Keep everyone informed without unnecessary meetings

Stay Organized at Scale
Manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing visibility
Maintain clean, structured workflows
Ensure deliverables are completed on time

What Success Looks Like

Tickets in Linear are always clear, up-to-date, and progressing
Projects move forward without constant oversight
Blockers are identified and resolved quickly
Deadlines are consistently met or proactively managed
Engineering stays focused and unblocked
Leadership has full visibility into progress at all times

Requirements

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Clear and direct communication style
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Experience using Linear (strongly preferred) or similar tools

Bonus Points

Experience working with engineering or technical teams
Basic understanding of software development workflows
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Ability to understand technical conversations and translate into actionable tasks
