Job description

Project Leadership & Delivery
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Establish project governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive communications.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain RAID logs and escalation frameworks.
• Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
Financial & Vendor Management
• Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and service commitments.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity policies, and audit controls.
