ROLE : IT PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION : MALVERN, PA (HYBRID)

Responsibilities

  • This is a traditional PM role, not an agile scrum manager role. We are looking for someone to :
  • Work with vendor partner and manage a complex Integrated Plan for Code Conversion
  • Continuously cleaning the Jira backlog. Identifying unneeded, duplicate, and redundant work, then working with the other PMs to get it descoped or deleted as well as ensuring all work is being tracked
  • Risk and decision documentation and management
  • Helping manage Leadership Huddle agendas across the program.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Leadership Skills - Clear, Persuasive communications, ability to motivate teams, and resolve conflict
  • Organizational Skills - Prioritization, manage schedules and project plans,
  • Stakeholder Management - Align across different stakeholders and ensure comprehensive work plans
  • Project Management Tool Experience - Familiar with JIRA, Project, and other tools to help facilitate complex project management.
