Role Overview:
The Technical Project Manager will oversee Agile ceremonies, ensure predictable delivery, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Oversee backlog readiness and release planning
  • Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
  • Ensure predictable, on-time delivery
  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks
  • Provide clear status reporting to senior leadership

Required Skills:
  • Clear understanding on Scope definition, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), milestones, critical path
  • RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
  • Senior leadership updates, cross-functional alignment
  • Managing expectations across Tech, Product, Risk, Legal, Ops
  • Clear, executive-level communication
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Conflict resolution across strong stakeholder groups
  • High ownership mindset ("enterprise first" thinking)

Qualifications:
