As a member of the Delivery Management Office (DMO), the Project Manager plays a lead role in the delivery of enterprise business application initiatives, including CRM (Salesforce) and other platforms that advance organizational strategy and drive outcomes across Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. +Drive enterprise project delivery - You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise application projects and cross-functional initiatives. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to defined business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
+5+ years of project management experience with significant focus on enterprise business application delivery (Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or similar large-scale platforms).
+Expertise managing projects spanning multiple business functions, including concurrent initiatives with cross-departmental coordination.
+Deep knowledge of enterprise business application platforms with the ability to balance business needs, platform constraints, and long-term maintainability.ย 
+Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage executive, business, and technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.ย 
+Strong vendor and partner management experience, including implementation partners, system integrators, and consulting teams.
+Budget oversight and financial management capabilities, with ability to track expenditures, forecast costs, and flag variances.
+Highly adaptable and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to continuous improvement.
+Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) and Agile methodologies.
