An AI Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing projects that involve artificial intelligence technologies. They bridge the gap between technical AI teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. Their duties often include planning, coordinating resources, managing risks, and communicating progress. AI Project Managers must understand both project management methodologies and the fundamentals of AI to effectively guide their teams.
