RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Summary:
We are presently in the market for a Senior Project Manager position with excellent communication, vendor management, application development and software package implementations experience. Please note this is not a remote position and requires the candidate to be on-site at our Deerfield Beach, Florida campus a minimum of 3 days a week.
REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP certification
* Agile certifications
Waterfall and Agile Methodology:
* Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed
* Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies
Vendor Management:
* Experience with Vendor contracts management
* Experience with Vendor package implementations
* Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams
Technical:
* Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects
* General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects
* Understanding of core infrastructure
* Executive presence and effective communication
* Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team
* Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish
* Excellent planning and coordination skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
