Job description

Job Summary:
Thorndale Partners is seeking a Project Manager with a focus on Loss Prevention or Loss Mitigation to join their client's growing team. The role involves managing project development from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are organized and tracked effectively, and providing training post-deployment.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day project development from initiation to completion.
• Documenting each project's scope.
• Organizing projects in logical, cost effective, and measurable steps.
• Tracking and reporting project progress on a consistent and accurate basis.
• Coordinating various cross functional activities.
• Integrating company standards and policies with project requirements.
• Recommending solutions, implementation, and deployment within project life-cycle, as necessary.
• Documenting and reporting project information, as needed, utilizing appropriate systems.
• Be prepared to provide training following project deployment.
• Documenting product process and procedure documents.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of Project Management experience
• 18 Months of true Project Management Experience
• Exposure to working with Loss Prevention or Loss Mitigation
Preferred:
• Exposure to working with Project Portals, Order Processing Systems, Primary Business Systems (PBS-RMA Manager), Credit Note Manager, and similar softwares
• Basic ability to understand technical plans, read drawings, read blueprints, and models.
• Experience working situations with few concrete variables
• Project management experience focused on Loss Prevention or Loss Mitigation within medium to large organizations
