We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of key engineering and capital projects across North America and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and can successfully drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product Management. What will you be doing?
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of engineering development, scale-up, and capital projects across global sites
  • Drive project delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation and contingency plans
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Global Engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and successful execution
  • Lead regular project updates and provide reporting and analysis to senior leadership
  • Facilitate communication across teams and work with leaders to resolve bottlenecks and resource constraints
