Job Summary:
Cymertek Corporation is seeking a motivated and skilled Scrum Master / Systems Engineer to lead agile processes and contribute to the design and development of efficient system solutions. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and leverage your systems engineering expertise to analyze requirements and support the implementation of technical projects.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies
• Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
• Develop and implement system solutions
• Identify and remove project impediments
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with systems analysis and design
• Ability to create and manage project documentation
• Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
