What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Scrum Master for our Pricing Solutions pod within the Connected Planning team. This role combines Scrum leadership with traditional delivery and project management, focusing on the build and rollout of Amway’s Pricing Solution. Reporting to the Manager of Pricing Solutions and Go-To-Market Effectiveness, you will act as a central point of contact for business and technology partners, collaborating closely with Finance, Technology, and an external partner to deliver an integrated pricing platform aligned with our Connected Planning strategy.

You will serve as a "hub" for the project team, coordinating dependencies, driving alignment, removing blockers, and ensuring progress to support overarching deliverables. A critical aspect of your success will be ensuring a cohesive team environment.

This position is crucial for a multi-year transformation involving the creation of a new Pricing Solution and the decommissioning of two legacy platforms. You will be responsible for activating the pod’s product vision and roadmap, managing delivery pace, budget, and schedules, and supporting communication and reporting. Success will be measured by on-time deployment, diligent budget tracking, delivery predictability and stakeholder confidence as the team establishes a stable, reliable delivery rhythm. You will proactively identify and address risks and constraints from both technology and business perspectives to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals. Over time, you will also support the evolution of the pod by facilitating backlog documentation, prioritization, and continuous improvement. The team works in two-week sprints, with defined milestones and deliverables throughout the year.

Regular duties would include:

  • Creating Project Plans to support “North Star” visibility and team transparency
  • Partners with both vendor and internal resources
  • Leading scrum ceremonies to find out where we are
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Jira board updates
  • Removing blockers to project progress
  • Ensure the team is on track and the project is moving forward as planned and intervene with leadership as necessary

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role
  • Experience supporting software/technology implementations and influencing stakeholders
  • Demonstrated support of multi-disciplined, high-performance work teams/groups
  • Strong understanding of technology language and use of application in business
  • BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or other similar fields

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, AWS, GCP helpful
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with both technical and business partners
  • Ability to lead without authority and push back when necessary
  • Ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality work at a sustainable pace
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal partners, external vendors, and cross-functional partners to drive projects to completion
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading change, while motivating others through uncertainty
