Job description

We are seeking a strong ERP focused Business Analyst II to join a growing manufacturing partner of ours here in Tulsa. This role is heavily focused on projects, features, and upgrades. We are looking for experience in JD Edwards and Dynamics. Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between IT and business units, translating operational challenges into technology-enabled solutions, especially around manufacturing workflows.
  • Define and document business functions, processes, and requirements, acting as the SME for manufacturing-related ERP modules such as JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Analyze current and future ERP workflows including quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management, working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and process improvements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions on ERP modules and integrated systems.
  • Participate in and lead user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Research and prepare reports for management decision-making, consolidating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Provide ongoing support for ERP systems including JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow ITSM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in business process analysis, enterprise system implementation, or change management, particularly within manufacturing environments.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as JD Edwards (JDE) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, support, and upgrades.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes including quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and production planning.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including workflows and reporting, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Power Platform, Azure AD, SharePoint, and automation tools such as PowerAutomate and RPA.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute large-scale process change initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize business processes using technology solutions.
  • Manufacturing industry experience with knowledge of core processes is required.
